The Administrative Assistant provides essential support that keeps the LADY LIBERTY EVENTS office running smoothly. This role is crucial for maintaining organization, managing communication, and assisting the event planning team with various administrative tasks. You’ll be a reliable and efficient member of the team, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Salary: $4,142 – month
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace is required. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team. Maintain organized client files and databases. Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports. Assist with expense reporting and basic bookkeeping tasks. Order office supplies and manage office equipment. Provide general administrative support to the event planning team as needed.
